How It Works
It’s very simple! All you need to do is upload pdf documents containing text you want to train the Chat AI on that your customers would want information about. It can be marketing text about your services, technical data, pricing, FAQs, or anything else you want the AI chat Bot to handle for your customers. After you upload all your pdf documents, simply click the “Train AI” button and go to your dashboard to copy a code snippet and paste it on what ever page you want the Customer Service Chat Bot to display. If the customer asks any questions that the AI Chat Bot won’t know, the chat bot will ask the user if they would like to create a Customer Support Ticket and you will get emailed that a ticket was created. You can then log in and go to the Ticket Management section to respond and act upon the ticket. The customers will be notified, and they can respond in the ticket or close it when they are satisfied with the results. You can also mark it as resolved or change the status.
